what to do on noisy neighbors?

i worked on night shift and i needed some quite place to sleep during the day..when i get home, my house mates really know that i go to sleep right away so they dont make sound to give way on me..but my neighbors are playing their sound really loud!!! they party all the time and shout at each other like the other person is 1KM away...should i play nice and talk to them or also shout at them to shut them off?

I used to work shift work years ago, I know it is hard, there are laws to protect people to an extent for after hours noise but not much can be done for those who have to sleep during the day, I used to hate the door knockers, its not easy I feel for you.

thanks! i really bad, esp during those times when i need to work during weekends, i need to sleep during the day and work at night, since its week days, other dont have work or school, theyre so noisy and i dont know what to do, there are no rules here in the philippines even at night time.
