How do we make use of the hold time while on the phone

I pray that everything works out the way that would be in the best interests of who I'm calling and also for myself. If I'm still waiting I pray for everyone else. I think that's a great question. I think it would be a good experience to use the time we are waiting on the phone to learn patience. LOL
