Oh no...Not again...Dry Pet Food Recall

I just got a e-mail from a friend who is a pet rescuer...it seems DRY PET food is now at risk and there is being a recall with Science Diet...which is a fairly expensive dry food...don't know if other dry food companies are included. Keep you posted on this.

Here are the most recent recall products I have found:
The Hill’s cat food now being recalled is labeled Prescription Diet m/d Feline dry food. The products are:
4 lb. bag, U.S. & Canada UPC code 52742 42770
10 lb. bag, U.S. & Canada UPC code 52742 42790

Thanks for the link--so far that seems to be the only one affected..but who knows...my cats love dry food, especially Purina One

oh my god..i think it is time to start cooking :(
it's funny..even before the recall,one of my furkids had a problem with one of the brands.the dye makes her sick.
she's on friskies right now and hopefully (knock on wood) nothing's wrong with it.

I've always given my cats Friskies dry food. Unless they have changed their formula lately, things seem to be okay. Hope they stay that way!

My two pampered babies seem to like the Purina One dry food--hope that is safe too.

oh no! dry and wet food now! Thats awful. It worrys me, I hope that the pet food we use is okay. I would hate to lose my pets because of something like this! Thank you for the update

It is a worry since my cats love dry pet food.....not that I was using the ones recalled, but it does make you wonder just what to feed pets nowadays
