Got no Buddies!

I'm very new to this site.. don't have any buddies here..

You have to put the nickname on yours buddies list, for eg. Take braveheartpt and put into add buddies, then check the 2 boxes, the first for receive emails from your buddie and the second (notify) to receive an email each time your buddie post a new discussion.
