I'm currently working on a pattern design by using Illustrator software and would like to insert a "copyright symbol" at the right hand corner, can anyone advice me how to do that?

Thank you for your info, I tried to use your technique but nothing happen. I assume that you are using a Machitosh computer, so it can't be applied on a PC. Or probably I misunderstanding your explaination. So, could you please more specify?Again, thank you very much!!

You are welcome. I am actually using a PC. I know some keyboards have different abilities than others, on my son's keyboard I can use codes to make musical symbols as well as shapes like hearts. Here is step by step Make sure your number keypad is turned on. With your left hand hold down the alt. key (which is found next to your space bar) While you are still holding down the Alt. key punch in the numbers 0169 on the number key pad, with your right hand. Do not use the numbers that are above your alphabet keys and do not release the ALT key until you are done with the 0169 code. Other than that, if you are still not able to do it on your keyboard, I suppose you can copy and paste the symbol I made? ©

I just realized, reading my first response, it may look like i was saying you needed to press the + sign. I am sorry for not having worded myself better.
