I am a Christian and I will say that I am religious because I follow the Holy Bible. The doctrines or teachings of the Christian religion are laid down in the Holy Bible. I am a member of the Church of Christ headed and founded by Christ in Jerusalem on Pentecost day as shown in Acts Chapter 2 of the New Testament. I attend the worship services every Sunday where we sing, pray, hear the message (read the Holy Bible), give, and take the Lord's supper. I live my life in accordance with the Holy Bible. Of course I am a sinner, but in my baptism into Christ, I became a child of God and the Holy Bible lays down the ways on how the sins are forgiven and therefore my sins are being forgiven. I do things in accordance with the Holy Bible. I am a religious person.

According to my religion, a "religious person" would be someone who has a personal relationship with the Gods, and who walks the path the Gods have created for him/her with integrity and honor.

I am a christian by heart and and an unbeliever in deeds.I am a former catholic faithful who really tried hard to obey all the teachings of the catholics.I use to attend bible studies in our church and usually the old ones defended the catholic doctrines when it is touched and under fire.I try to study the bible myself and read a couple of books pertaining to the bible teachings.I discovered that many of the doctrines of the catholics and other christian denominations are against the teachings of the bible. If you are a christian just follow the teachings of the bible and you will be guided. To hell with the doctrines that are against the bible.

By the way I look at my religion and the way people should act is really simple. People that are Christians should be friendly and curtious to others, try not to fight and instead take care of one another. The people who are truly trying to help people are the correct mold whereas the people that are only out there looking for their next paycheck aren't. Meaning I know a lot of people who claim to be Christian however they won't reduce their commission on a deal to help a person out. -- Which is wrong and not the Christian way.
