How to be your own life coach

I am working and i also have two kids. There are lot of challenges that i fave and the roles that i play are numerous.I am very busy person and do not have time for myself or for my self-realisation.So, what i am trying to ask here is there a way to guide myself and be my own life coach and make my dreams come true.What it takes to become successful in life?

I guess that would depend on your definition of "successful"...I dont work, I'm not rich, I cant afford to buy the best of everything or go on vacations on a whim, we live on a budget etc etc but I feel I'm a very successful woman simply because to me success isnt measured by money or material things ya know....Best bet, if you want to "make your dreams come true" or at least give them a shot then you just do it...Nothing is impossible ya know...Just take a cold hard look at how you do things now and re-evaluate, then go at it from a different angle and dont be afraid to put your foot down etc etc...
