Can you help me with problems with my Dishwasher

March 31, 2007 6:50am CST
I have a Bosch dishwasher and it isn't cleaning properly. It is mainly the items on the top basket that come out as if the water hasn't even touched them. The arm is still able to swivel but I'm wondering if there is food or something trapped in the holes that release the water. Does anyone know how I could unblock these, or whether the problem might be something else? I have run a cleaning fluid wash through and it made no difference.

hmmmm now let me look at it guess you already tried cleaning the holes right ? well then my guess is let an expert handel it and the best idea is to call up the company and ask the company to send somebody over to service it and it would be good if you would check if you have any free service left if not i am afraid you will have to spend some money but instead of trying to service or repair it guess u call a company guy thats my suggesstion

1) Check the water pressure. If the pressur is low, then the water will not get the arm to spin enough so no water gets to the top. 2) check the trap for any blockage from food/debris etc. 3) check the manual for troubleshooting. 4) try running the machine with no dishes in it so the water will come out directly and push any blockage out. 5) if these do not help, send me the model/serial number and I will look up the schematics.
