High Blood Pressure, Traitor!!

i hate to brake it but i high blood pressure is the number one killer on my family, as now most of my family member is having trouble on high blood pressure. and my Grand uncle just die this morning after he fall down in his farm at Batangas Philippines, his name is Agapito Evangilista, whos his family are almost all in Viena Autria. he died today early morning at philippine time.
May he have peace in heaven.

i'm sorry to hear about your loss. but i think high blood pressure can be prevented. it is not genetic, correct me if i'm wrong. maybe you should watch what you're eating. a change in lifestyle like having more physical activities will help i think. or maybe you should have a regular medical check ups and ask for your doctor's advise how to prevent this. cheers

thank you but i think my family are lot always engage of work because we have farm that we are all egage of work there..
