Yard Sale/Garage Sale....you get the idea!

I'm cleaning things out and starting to get ready to have a big yard sale at my home in about a month. Does anyone have any good advice to give me?

Make sure that you label everything. I hate going to yard sales that you have to ask for the prices. Also catagorize everything. Put all the clothes in the same area. All the nick-nacks, all the kitchen items, all the bathroom items, etc... It makes it so much easier to browse through and go to teh section you may be looking for.
