Well the red eye thing wouldn't be able to help me tell. My eyes are always red from my allergies. They do feel heavy a lot. I do take naps when I need to because sometimes I just can't keep my eyes open anymore. It doesn't feel much better when I wake up though.

I really don't know anything about eye strain, but since I started on my lot ( I am addicted) and It comes to bed time ,MY eyes are really tired , I feel quite drained , I keep thinking just one more answer , then another , then another , I must try to pace myself xx

Sometimes my eyes get dry when I spend too much time on the computer. I take a break and try to drink lots of water. It seems to help me if I blink my eyes alot. I also splash cold water on my face. I think the best thing to do is probably just rest them. Eye drops may help also but I don't use them because I can't keep my eye open to put the drop in.

every hour on the computer, we must rest our eyes for about 3-5 minutes. continuously working on the computer can really strain our eyes, so we must rest our eyes once in a while.
that's not really a lot of time to spend away from the computer. hope this helps. :)
