Easy Cure For Insomnia

Hi Friends...... For long, I had sleeplessness related problems until around 6 months back when I tried some self meditation. Try this out yourself and you will fall in love with me :- Whom do you love the most. Maybe, your mother, your father, or your wife or your children. Step 1 :- Close your eyes and think of a garden full of plants. It will take you some time for a clear picture to appear in your mind (with your eyes closed). Try and concentrate. Step 2 :- Once the picture of the garden comes into your mind. Try and bring the picture of the person whom you love the most. Keep your eyes closed. Do not close your eyes too hard. Relax your body, close your eyes slowly and gently. At first, the picture will not be clear. Try to concentrate more and get a clear picture of the person comes into your mind..... Once the picture is clear........ try to concentrate...... Step 3 :- Slowly......... very slowly, start counting from 10 to 0. Do the reverse counting very slowly. You will sleep before reaching the number 4 or even lesser. Please do the above with one and only one objective, that YOU WANT TO SLEEP. If you do the above with a constant feeling that "I do not get sleep....... or any other negative energies"...... you will not be able to get sleep. Try it........... it really works.........

I've tried this technique or something very close to it and it really does work. However, I would add that you have to believe that it's going to work otherwise you will end up tossing and turning all night. A good night's sleep begins with believing that you can do it, otherwise insomnia becomes cyclical. Also, try positive affirmations before sleep to help clear away all the negative energy that keeps people awake. I keep a journal just for that purpose next to my bed and it does really work.

I do meditation whenever I need it. It reduces stress but it doesn't help me sleep because my mind is so active. I'll see if I can modify it so that it helps me to sleep.

I discovered another remedy for sleep disorder. This is also a kind of self-meditation. You just need to follow three simple steps: 1) Close your eyes. Then determine thet now onwards you can't see anything, not even a picture in your mind, and not even the red blood vessels that some people sees when closes eyes. 2) Then assume that you can't hear anything, not even the sound of your breathing. 3) Now determine that you will not think about anything, not even the fact that you are meditating. You will fall asleep in a moment. That is guaranteed.

I will have to give this a try. I work nites and sleep during the days. I have a really hard time falling asleep. When it comes to weekends I am so tired I am out for at least 10-12 hours. I am tired of working nites but that is what life throws at me for the time. Thanks
