Yes and no. Some of the music videos are illegal because you need to buy them, especially if they have been released. However the homevideos and such aren't illegal to download. Have a nice day.

It's legal I think, else they would have hidden the .flv's more deeper so nobody would have been able to find them.

I often DL Audio Music Video creation from youtube
and I think thats fine since me myself enjoy if some one DL my vids for their collection
But once again, if it original work. Not just take from VCD or DVD
