Reaching the target amount for the first time

I realy hope for you that you already reached to minimum payout, because a new month has already began, and if you didn't reach to minimum payout by now, then i'm sure you will do it in this month. If you want to get more responses to your discussions, you must think what will attract other members to enter to your discussions, and respond to them. Every time I open a discussion, I am writing about something that happend to me, or to another person, or just something that I saw and I want to share it with myLot members. Try not to open a discussions that you know other members already did it. Usualy, the discussions with the more responses are the discussions that talking about problems that people here have, and they want the advice of others. I am sure you will find something to write about, and get your many responses.

It sounds like you are making good quality posts to have gotten $10 in 300-ish posts; it took me 400 to get my first $10. I think the key to earn more is to keep up the quality of your posts and just post more. I think well responded-to discussions earn you more than just a regular response to someone else's post, too. Also, I know lots of people have referrals working under them, too, which helps (I have none, so I can't help you on how to get more of those!). Good Luck.

due to the time difference in countries, i'm not sure if the pay out cut off was during the last update made almost 4 hours ago or later's earnings update. if the cut-off is for later, i might be reaching my first pay out. :) i joined on march 8th, about 3 weeks ago. and based on my number of posts, you'll see that i don't post often, maybe 3-16 posts a day. recently, i had 16 posts and earned 90 cents. yesterday i made 45 cents for 7 posts. if i had realized this before, i could have reached the minimum pay out earlier. in my understanding, we get at least 1 cent for starting a discussion or responding to other's discussion. we earn more for quality posts. we earn more also for long threads we started. additonal earnings also come from uploading images and referrals. however, i only was able to do postings. i made threads with responses from 1-103. i'm sure the number of friends we have in mylot has bearings on the number of responses we get for our discussions aside from the fact that it has to be general and not limiting to one's own country. if we have friends in mylot and we provide quality responses to their discussions, they are likely to respond to our discussions too. hope this helps. keep on doing quality postings by making sure it's relevant and useful. goodluck! :)
