Anyone familiar with windows 2000? I need help

I have a computer with windows 2000, and everytime I click on a link I am getting this page cannot be displayed. I have another computer windows xp, and I can click on the same link no problem. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this problem with the older computer? I use the windows 2000 for my part time business so I really need it to work, please help

What is your 2k machine hooked up to? What kind of connection? Are you using a router? Is your connectivity device properly installed and enabled? Need more info.
