You cannot cancel your e-gold account. I have the same problem with a similar hyip ( inves-golkd.net). Be carrefull next time you decide to invest in such program because most of them are spams. Good luck my friend !

thank you all for all your responses. as i only gave the -account number- and no other details and keep little $$ in any online account, i think i'm ok. i'm just ticked i spent all that time working. another thing, dormcheck.com has decided to cut out all but english speaking countries from it's payment system.

The e-gold account number is not a private or personal thing. It is a number that you can even publish in a newspaper if you want to. So there is no point in cancelling your e-gold account number unless you have revealed your password etc.

I have a bad experience too on investment programs especially in autosurf sites. I have lost money from their scam programs. It frustrates me and discourage me to join on this kind of transactions. So far I earned in some HYIP site that is not that risky at all. One good quality of an HYIP is that it has a very low rate of interest. Interest that may range only to 1% to 3%. This sites are the ones that really pay and last longer than others.

well many hyip are scam or they dont understand who hosting or domain registar accepted HYIP, so they get suspended, never get back again, in the case your e-gold account number not have to change is safe NO ONE can break e-gold secure system, but if you want to cjange is no problem too, i have been on hyip last 3 days so i know what is egold system.

That's too bad, it's hard to trust any HYIP. You don't need to cancel your egold account, the number is not a secret thing, you can give it to as many people as you want in order to receive payments, just make sure that the password you use for egold is different than any other password that you use anywhere else, like for your email, mylot, HYIPs, or even for programs that doesn't requre your egold number.

Yes, just to be on the safe side I'd cancel that account and get a new one for sure. As soon as you possibly can. From all the people I know that are money makers online they all say to stay away from HYIPs because they are all scams. You wouldn't catch me trying one of those out.
