How Long Can You Guys Stay Up?

I have stayed up for about 53 hours straight. It was very hard to stay up then that feeling goes away after like 1 hour. It all depends on your age and size and all of that stuff. If you can fight the part where its telling you to go to sleep then you can stay up. But if you drink coffee or any kinds of sugary things that might stimulate you to help that sleepy feeling go away than all your doing is staying up until it wares off and when it does... CRASH! its sleeping time. But if you do it naturally you can fight it and stay up for a long time. In the military they have done studies that says the human can stay up for 40 hours and then get the 8 hours of sleep and do some more over nighters after the sleeping process. The record is 11 days. good luck if you are trying this and remember this if you are a student. DO NOT TRY THIS ON A SCHOOL NIGHT. I speak from experience.

I have to agree on that but for some people we have to do a lot of work around the house and at school so staying up is actually better. But for the people that have it nice and easy they can just relax which i love doing but unfortunately life is hard for me.

Damn! 53 hours? The longest I stayed up was about 48 hours I believe.. Yeah it was crazy. After a while you don't even want to sleep anymore, and that was my issue, I just didn't feel tired, just numb. I tend to stay up longer than I should a lot... and then I just sleep forever... I've slept for about 29 hours straight.
