Should senior members here at mylot be paid more than juniors???

I didn't know there was such thing as junior or senior members. Does it go by age? Does it go by earnings? Does it go by number of responses, by length of time a person has been a member? I broke 3,000 last night, and have earned a little over $40 in the past few months. Does that have anything to do with it? I'm only 25, on the other hand. Is a 65 year old member a senior because that person is older, even if they haven't been a member as long, and only have 11 responses?

I think there would be uproar among the members if this were to happen. People here should be treated equally and there shouldn't be be any difference in there payments. I honestly think that a lot of people would leave myLot if this were to happen and I certainly wouldn't like to lose any of my friends.

I don't think that would happen because there really isn't any way to tell who is or who isn't a senior. Anyone can lie and say that they are a senior. So I think that is out of the question here. But if it can be done, then I don't care really.

Well, if you are talking about old age members then they deserve. But if you are concerned with members here for long time then .... may be given. But what I understand is that mylot is a site which do not believe in age but just the quality of discussions and the postings. So, don't ask for it. Yes, you can put suggestions to mylot and if appealing then they would definitely weight. ;)

i think not fair if senior recieve more than junior, i'm agree with current term, most i'm read they told if you post more quality respond so you will earning more, if less quality you will earn less, so that we call fair.. we can try to get more referrals if want earning more.. :-)

Now that would be unfair cos everyone young or old have to be respected and respecting someone more and some one less would be not the right perogative by a company hence i belive everyone should be treated as equeal but yes the intellect should be rewarded accordingly as they are the smarter ones and they need to be paid more similarly the hardworking does not necessarily mean smarter cos the best is that they are puting an effort anf need to be rewarded aptly for it is my suggestion

when we say seniority is it based on the length of time in mylot? just in my opinion, it doesn't matter how long you've been participating in mylot that counts, it's the quality of your participation that gives you better earnings. i found that the more you participate and become active, the higher your earnings are. the better your quality postings are, the more you earn from the discussions. i believe in equal opportunity. the people who deserves to earn more are those who participate more. ;)
