Coffee has never given me a headache. I've never been affected by caffeine. I guess I'm lucky that way, since I LOVE coffee so much. I drink a lot of it, but not every day. I'm not addicted. I can easily go a day without coffee, and I've done it before. I love coffee, but I'm not dependent on it.

try drinking decaffeinated coffee. I do it tastes the same, but does not havethe same effect that regular coffee has. or you could use a chickory product, they have no coffee at all, but are quite similar in taste, I find them a little flat and sweet, though.

I'm the opposite of your condition. I will get headache if I don't drink my coffee in the morning. Maybe you can try decaf or using cream more than your coffee.

Hello! I too love coffee. But I drink it rarely, so I never get headache due to it. But yes, I know few people who drink coffee regularly or quite often. They do get headache due to caffeine in the coffee. Actually regular drinkers of coffee get addicted to caffeine which causes headache when you don't drink coffee. So, to enjoy coffee without headache, stop drinking coffee too often. Drink coffee once in many days & leave the habit of drinking coffee daily, then you wouldn't get headache...vani^_^

Coffee along with anything with caffeine is one of those wierd products. For some it can trigger headaches and migraines while for others it relieves them. Many of your migraine and headache medications have caffiene in them actually. Now caffiene doesn't give me a headache but I have known some that it does. You might want to try decaf coffee or like Maxwell house has a light caffiene, that might work out better for you.

I love coffee too. How often do you drink coffee? I drink it a lot several times a day. I find that if I try to go a day without drinking coffee then that is when I get the headache but I hadn't heard of getting a headache when or after drinking coffee. You may want to talk to a doctor about it because it could have something to do with your body, chemistry and system. I don't know what I would do if coffee gave me a headache. I guess take a couple of headache pills with my coffee. he he

My father had that too, and he lose the headache by smoking. Because he said that caffeine counters nikotin, but nikotin counters caffeine too. If you aren't smoking try to enjoy the coffee in a more comfort position of sitting, or try add milk into your coffee to make it more less caffeine. If you're still got a headache then you maybe had a blood tension problem.
