Dealing with Break-Up...What works for you?

I recently broke-up with my girlfriend of almost 8 months. Now I'm not a stranger to break-ups. I've broken-up with someone I was with almost 3 years and that was the worst pain of my life because it was really for no particular reason. This it's sorta similar but it hurts less because it was a lot more mutual. Though I love her and I realize that more now, I also realize that people grow apart from what naturally attracts them in the begining. We were on different tiers in life so it just did work out. What I want to do know is how do you deal with break-ups? I do a lot of different things, play video-games, go out to the club, hang with friends more, play sports, write music, etc. How do you cope with the pains of a fresh break-up?

The way I cope is I go out with my best friend and some of the other girls and just have fun. I try to forget why I broke up with the guy mainly for treating me badly or why he broke up with me.

We learn from our life experiences, next time things would be better... I dust myself off, stand up, be proud, I go to my friends and have some sleepover thingie, go karaoke to release stress, kid around with them, be happy 'cuz I'm free to face another new chapter of my life, I realize I need to grow up for a new beginning... I think MyLot is better that having a boyfriend...
