I would rather look at the job interview skill as one of the critical skills in one's career, which needs to be improved constantly, especially in today's competitive and dynamic job markets. First of all, I would suggest changing the mindset of the job interview.

Well Job interviews are getting tougher these days. You got to have a tough mindset in order to get through the job interviews. Its very difficult if you are not prepared for the interview. Well when you are talented you can face any kind of interview no doubt about that. Cheers.
