Apple's iPhone to be released on June 11?

The unofficial and supposed release date of the iPhone comes from a front line sales support person. According to CNET, they made a call to Cingular's customer service and was tranfered to sales where they were told the magical date. Of course, all this makes sense as the 11th also marks the kick off of Apple's Worldwide Developers Confrence where Steve and Co are always keen to announce new wares.
