Let's have steak, but different!
Beef Steak Stroganoff in crock pot (slow cooker)
INGREDIENTS:
1 London Broil steak, about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds, thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup, low-fat or Healthy Request
1/2 cup chopped onions, optional
8 ounces sliced mushrooms, optional
1 tablespoon Gravy Master, Kitchen Bouquet or other browning sauce
1/2 cup light sour cream
PREPARATION:
Combine steak, soup, onions, mushrooms and browning sauce in crockery. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Add sour cream 20 minutes before serving time.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Beef Steak Stroganoff recipe serves 4 to 6.

As sad is this is for a Sunday dinner, we have to have leftovers. We have a fridge full and I need to get them out of there! We usually have leftovers mid-week, but didn't this last week. I hate throwing food away so I make an attempt to hae a leftover night to help keep the waste down. But we have good leftovers! Spaghetti, baked ham, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and chicken stir-fry. OK, so none of it goes together-it will be like a buffet for the kids and me!

That sounds so yummy! Thanks for the recipe. I'll have to try that out. I just had beef stronganoff last night but I cheated and made the hamburger helper version lol. Cooking with crokpots are so easy. I'm always on the look out for new crockpot recipes.
