I used to have the same problem as you. I don't now because I started going to bed earlier. However here's my advice (half jokingly and half seriously): maybe you should buy yourself one of those alarm clocks that are harder to stop, like the one that runs away and you have to find it to stop it or the one with a little puzzle on top that you have to solve in order to make the sound go away :)
Look here for more suggestions:

I don't stay in bed to long in the morning. Sometimes I don't want to get up but I never lie in for more than 10 minutes.
I usually think about it and then realise that I don't want to waste my life lying in bed, I want to get up and live it.
Perhaps the reason why you aren't motivated to get up is because your life isn't interesting enough.

No, i have not the same problem.I have the problem that i used to get up in the morning earlier than what alarms i used to set up.If i have a backup in the mind that i have to get up at certain time due to some work, i used to get up without alarm.Good luck friend.

As far as I'm concerned, I don't have any problem with getting up early in the morning. I normally woke up at 5AM. My body was so used to this waking hours. No matter how tired I am, I need to rouse myself up. Try going to bed a little earlier. Or better yet, tell someone to punch you so you'll wake up instantly...LOL!!!

Might it have anything to do with the urgency? If there is no urgency for you to wake up in the morning because you do not need to rush anyway, then I guess you would just ignore the alarm. If you really need to wake up, remind yourself of this before you sleep that you just have to wake up when the alarm goes. I find this usually works for me.

you seem to right pal. i tried that before, although i got when the alarm went, but subconsiously the alarm is fixed and that did not make me sleep free.

Unless I have a reason to wake up early in the morning, otherwise, I have the same serious problem as you. I would not be able to wake up. Even if I wake up, not by my own free will, I will be grouchy and cranky. I will then go back to bed. After 10 mins, it might be ok already. I guess it's just the body taking as sweet revenge for waking it up early when it doesn't want to :P

Ughhh...I hate waking up early too. Actually im a nigh rider:) I can stay awake till all times of the night, get my bests leep in the wee hours of the morn. I had to change my habits when i started working. I used to actually go to sleep by 9:30 pm for a month to get used to waking up early.
