What are you looking forward to every summer?

Summer romance? Summer shebang?
Summer beaches? long vacations and bonfires?
Nightouts and ocean breezes? cute lifeguards?
Getting together with other family members and going to resorts? What do you guys look forward to every summer? It's summer here in the Philippines now, its time to shop out for some beach wear and look for summer places to go to- I know for some countries like the US, i think its spring now? am i right? so even if its not summer from where you're from, what do you guys usually look forward to when summer comes? At the start of every summer holidays my partner I and the 2 kids go to Aviemore (only a couple of hours away) to our timeshare! There is a golfcourse - our chalet looks on to the first green!, swimming pool, gym, games room, sports hall, woodland walks, playparksand kids club! They have different entertainment each night and there is so much to do in the surrounding area! Every year we meet up with our old friends who go at the same time as us as well as meeting new friends! The children have plenty of others whom they have grown up with - even if it is only for one week out of the year! Was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to go this year but fortunately it looks as though I will be recovered enough to go, as long as I take it very easy!

Thanks catcai - I am still here - but can only spend a short while at the computer a couple of times a day! Surgery is still 2 weeks away but I was pining so bad for my wonderful mylot friends that we compromised and my other half agreed I could spend some time on here as long as I didn't overdo it! I just look forward to enjoying my weekends and my nights! It's because I'm studying law and it takes too much of my time. Whenever summer comes I just enjoy whatever it is I'm doing and not worry about assignments, recitations, quizzes, etc.
