Stranded! What will you eat?

Your cruiseship is sinking! You grab a lifeboat and then think, "I'll need food to survive!". You know that another cruiseliner will be coming in exactly 2 weeks, so you'll need 2 weeks worth of food. You run into the galley and find it stocked with your favorite food of all time, and if it needed to be prepared, it is! You can fill up your lifeboat with as much of this item as it'll take! So what is it? What food will sustain you for 2 weeks? Have fun with it. :)
