It's greatest threat to the world.Moreover no one country deal with the problem single handely. The only way out is for all countries of the world to work together and impose strict measures.Does it need now?

i think every nation sud tek resposibilities 4m nw onwards....we sud try every possible measures to restrict it....if we adopt these at the moment den we cn get the work done in sum decades...o'wise nobody cn stop the destruction.....
