Do you cook your meals or have food delivered?

Most of us don't have much time to cook meals for ourselves or our families; thus, we result to dialing our favorite fast-food chains or restaurants and have food delivered to our homes. I actually prefer home-cooked meals over bought food. Maybe because I got used to my mom's cooking. There are also times that I get fed up with the usual fast-food menu: chicken, burgers, pasta or pizza.

Hi! Welcome to myLot! When I was in the Philippines (my home country), my family has a cook so I would always have home-cooked meals which I truly miss. My mom cooks well, too, and she would cook for us occasionally. When we have cravings for pizza, burgers or pasta (usually for midnight snacking -- so bad!), we would order for delivery. Now that I'm here in the U.S., I have learned to cook my own food. Delivery is quite expensive, as well as dining out. I miss my mom's cooking, as well the home-cooked meals of our house cook. I'm looking forward to going home this June (summer break). Happy myLotting!

I like to make my meal myself - I like to see what i put in there hehehe I worked at the restorant long time ago - I guess that was traumatic LOL But sometimes I used to have my food delivered during luch time at the office.

we have lived in PA for 10months now i havent even ordered a pizza for delivery..it so much cheaper to cook....i'm pretty sure pizza is the only delivery food we even have available in our little town

My mom is a good cook and she's the one who cooks our food from morning until evening. But of course, sometimes my mom gets tired because she's not a robot. That's the time where we order food. Usually we order food from Jollibee, KFC, or Pizza Hut. So Yummy!
