Mylot Problem

This happened when I registered under my sister . I was not showing up as one of her referals and so she wasn't getting anything from me for signing up even though I was on everyday . We both emailed administration and explained that I signed up under her and they ended up mailing me back and then placing me under her so now I am one of her referals like I was supposed to be to begin with . So you could do the same thing but don't expect an email back right away as we did wait awhile , close to a month I believe . But they were really good about it and I am now her referal and she gets the ten percent off me . Best of luck and hope this helps :)
