what do those two words do mean to you? Letting go. for me there are really two questions that spring to mind here. What are the kinds of things we want to let go of? and why should i do this? what is the benefit for me?

For me, it's forgiveness and forgetting about the hurt people may have given you, or you have given them. Letting go would give you a sigh of relief. It would make you learn lessons which you can apply later in life. It would also make you stronger, because when you continue to get attached to something, you won't grow.

I like this song, I just forgot the title.. "someone's always saying goodbye I believe that hearts can survive Don't you know partings never so easy Even if the ache is inside..(forgot the next line hehe)" Well, if it pertains to a relationship there's no such gentle way of breaking up. No matter how gentle the partings will be. It would always sting. Yeah, I myself I never learn the art of letting go but I hope to learn it very soon. I couldn't just grasp the courage to let go of something that has been a part of my life and the attachment is tremendously real. Worst if, you've already given your all and everything. On the other ahnd, partings would always be a part of everbody's lives. bfs, gfs, parents, friends, siblings, etc. It is certain. And hopefully we all learn the art of letting go but if not at least we'll try to accept it and move on with our lives.

Well it reminds me of a song with that title..=) Letting go of someone or sumthing ishard to do especially if they are worth to you.. but as time changes, so are things.. nothing is constant in this world. the sun rises, the sun sets.. time passes by... so letting go is just one thing that happens in this crazy universe..

The kinds of things that i usually let go of are things that either make me made, in which can have an affect on the people around me, or things in the past that have impacted negativley on my life. Letting go can often be a hard thing to do, but more than often it really does help to forget somethings are move along with life.
