I have a baby boy. My friend gave me some toies for her daughter. I think some of them are for grils. I'm not sure whether it is good to allow my baby boy to play girl's toy?

ofcourse its is ok to let him play with girl toys. what is it going to hurt? it is just a toy... if your worried that it could confuse him or mess him up some kind of way I really dont believe that.. kids just love to play and it does not matter what it is as long as its a toy. when I was younger I would play with my brothers GI Joe toys, it didnt harm me any.. my sons used to play with their older sisters toys when they were really little, they are just fine. they didnt turn out gay or anything lol..

Thanks. I found my boy is more willing to play with girls than boys. So I wondered I might need to stop him to play girl's toys. I guess I'm wrong.

Its fine to let your son play with dolls and with pink toys. it will bring out his softer side. besides, if you watch, except for the soft teddies, baby boys play differently with toys than baby girls do. A baby girl will pick up a stuffed dinosaur, and cuddle it and try to mother it, while a baby boy will take that same fuzzy, soft, pink, dinosaur and use it to attack other toys. He will mimic growling and pretent it is biting the other toys. So, it doesn't matter what toys your son plays with, he will still act like a boy with them.I know this from watching many boys and girls play with the same toys
