Touchy Subjects

I'm a gay man, I ask questions about gay issues. I make jokes about myself, my sexuality etc because I am comfortable with my sexuality.
I don't question people's rights to make statements or ask questions which might be provocative to some cultures, races or sexuality .
Just had some user complain about a topic I posted because he says if the subject was reversed there would be uproar!
As far as I am concerned, I am going to continue asking questions that interest me. If it doesn't interest you, don't respond. If you don't have anything to add to the arguement or discussion don't respond
Any opinion?

What do you mean if it were reversed? What was the discussion about? As long as the discussion doesnt break any mylot rules, post on! Who cares, discussions are about what you want to know about, or a way to express yourself, Sometimes some people arent going to like it, but that is their problem =)

I can guarantee that you'll find me responding to most gay issues questions and probably posting to a few of them. I think it is imperative that gay men and women feel comfortable in their own skin. I applaud you for your sense of self. I'm certain we will meet again.
