It seems like everything is happening at once

I moved home over 2 weeks ago, but haven't been able to find a job. Finally I managed to get a job at Linens N Things, which is not preferrable, but it's money. Right after I got the job, I got calls for 2 interviews, one for a telephone operator in a town nearby, and one for a hostess at a restaurant. I'll be going to those in a couple of days.
And now, I just got an email from when I signed up on gonannies.com, asking me to come for an interview to be a nanny for 3 kids. It would be 35 hours a week. Now I'm debating about going for that interview or not. The only problem with that would be when I have to go to Florida for another job.
Why is my life so complicated?

Ugh, I can symathize. I guess it's that old saying...the bes time to get a job is when you already have one. I would try to go for whichever job pays the most money, but also takes you in the direction you would like to go.
Talk to the Nanny people, see if you moving to Florida would be a problem. That might take care of one decision for you, right off the bat. See if you can ask LinensN'Things to wait until you do the other interviews. If they say no, well then I think it seems you have already made up your mind about that job.
I think we all feel that when change happens it sneaks up on you and starts to happen all at once. Try listing the pro's and con's of each decision. That can really help you to see what direction you want to go in. Good Luck!

I should have been more clear on the Florida situation. I actually just moved back from Florida, where I was working at Disney World. I had to move back home, but decided to stay seasonal at Disney. In order to stay seasonal, I need to work once every 6 months.
And none of these jobs are ones that will help me in where I want to go with my life. I'm still not entirely sure what that is. But so far Linens N Things is definitely the job I want the least. I'm waiting to hear from the interview I had this morning. She seemed to like me, but said she had one more interview, and would give me a call this afternoon. If I get this job, I'm going to let Linens N Things know that I'm not accepting the job there.

Thank you. I think I'm going to say "no" to Linens N Things, as it's basically the same job as my previous jobs, and I'm trying to get away from that. I hope I make the right decision, too.

Life is always complicated, but at the times when it is even more so then you sit back and look at things objectively and set your priorities. A decision today can affect the rest of your life, so it is best to thiink things through carefully so you are choosing the one that fits your goals and priorities. Don't settle for convience, go for the gusto and make your life what you want it to be.

I know I shouldn't be working at Linens N Things right now, but I'm afraid to just not accept the job and then find out that I'm not going to get any of the other jobs that I have interviews for.
Thank you for your advice. I will definitely take it to heart, and think about what is really good for me right now.
