It seems like I'm always tired no matter what I do... Anyone else feel like that? What have you done to get more energy?

perhaps you aren't getting enough exercise or mind stimulation. both those can make you feel lethargic as can not eating properly , So can not haviing enough iron. Try taking an over the counter iron pill every day and see if that helps. You should try to walk at least a mile every day, go to bed at the same time every day, and set the alarm so you wake up after 8 hours sleep. You should start feeling better shortly

Well, I have some things wrong with me physically that makes me tired, and I hope that is not the case with you. I know these are common questions, but I'll put them out anyway. Are you depressed at all? Are you stressed? These are big reasons for lack of energy. Do you take vitamins? Finding the proper vitamins can make a big difference - I've seen it in my dad. As hard as it is to do when you are tired, and frankly, sometimes it is impossible, try taking small walks until you build into a mile or something. Getting out and walking has helped me. But if you think it is more than that, you might check the following health problems to see if you have any symptoms in common with them: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, or Hypoglycemia. I'm not saying you have those, but if the earlier suggestions are already being taken, then these could be possibilities. Most of all, I wish you energy (please don't take Red Bull) and great health!

Starting the day with a shower and exercising can help you feel fresh.I try it and it works great for me.Also, vitamins and protein supplement can boost your energy level.Getting good sleep also plays an important role on how we feel during the day.

Besides the obvious question of whether or not you're getting enough sleep at night, (the average person needs around 7-10 hours) you might try looking at what you eat. If you eat a lot of sugar or simple carbohydrates, you're causing your blood sugar to spike and then crash, which makes you feel the corresponding fatigue. Limit sugars (including regular soda) and you'll probably notice you're feeling better. You'll also notice an increase in pep if you exercise. I know it seems kind of counter-intuitive to exercise when you're feeling tired, but the result of exercise is a release of endorphins, which will make you feel more energized. Try going for a vigorous walk for about 30 minutes, and you should feel a difference. Sometimes, however, persistant fatigue is the result of a medical condition, such as a problem with your thyroid, depression or iron deficiency. The thyroid is the gland that controls a persons rate of metabolism, so if it isn't functioning properly, tiredness can be a result.
