About Multiple Myeloma

My father died of multiple myeloma in 1996. For quite sometime I believed that multiple myeloma was a type of bone cancer, as this is what my mother told me about it. I started to do some research about it for a Squidoo.com page at http://www.squidoo.com/multiplemyeloma/ and found out it was a cancer of the blood plasma. In addition to my father this cancer has claimed many notable celebrities including the actor Peter Boyle. The Squidoo site I created gives 100% of it's profits to charity in order to fight this cancer and to make people aware of it.

You have made a very good move in helping charities fight cancer. No one could really appreciate it more such as those who has a loved one who had cancer or those who have cancer themselves. More power to people like you and to your causes.
