Actually you can register here for free. Unlike others they ask for money for you to register. You can buy load wallet. For example you need P300 load. all you have to do is reload your account with a P300 load wallet. Then send an eload to your phone. Your phone will receive P300 but around P270 only will be deducted to your load wallet. You can use this for personal use only or for eloading business. I've been using this for a long time.
