I read an article in Time magazine today on 50 ways we can reduce our carbon footprint. The majority of them were fairly easy to incorporate into our daily lives. There was also a part on reducing our comsumption of beef. I don't eat a lot of beef anyway, but it really made me think. What would happen to our cattle farmers if everyone stopped eating beef? What would the damage to the economy be? I believe global warming is an issue, and plan on implementing a lot of these ideas(insulating our water heater, etc..)Are you concerned with your carbon footprint?
