liquid soap [handwash]

Nigeria banned soap importation, so I'm looking out on how to start producing hand washing liquid soap . Can I get help?

Dreamweigh produces a fantastic body wash which is not a soap. Please contact me if you are interested in importing it. My brother is working in Nigeria, and I could try and organise something with him.
