Book 7 Cover Unveiled

Have you seen the cover of the last installment of Harry Potter? 1 cover for Scholastic and 2 for Bloomsbury (1 for children edition and 1 adult edition). I find the Scholastic cover plain and lacking in details.. unlike the 'Half Blood Prince' cover where readers and fanatics are mystified, you know what I mean? Or is it just me? I just love the book 6 cover. The Bloomsbury adult edition is more of a Sydney-Sheldon-Cover... (black background, an old locket in the center where a green serpant is engraved) very nice! don't you think so?

It's look nice ;) But yeah, I agree with you about the cover of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, looks more mystified and interesting. I can't wait for the 7th book to come out. I actually have a copy which was sent to me by my friend through e-mail. It's only 1 plus mb, don't know where he got it, hehe.

Hi Palace_Girl & welcome to MyLot! I hadn't realised the new cover was out yet. I'll definately go check out the differences. I've enjoyed them all so far. I listened to the first 4 on audio cassette then read the last two. I'm looking forward to getting a copy of the final year too. I've never noticed that there were different versions though. Is it just the covers that are different because Scholastic books are in the schools?

Gee, thanks! Just the covers. I think Bloomsbury is the official British publisher of J.K. Rowling or something like that and they published 2 edition for children and adult. Check out this site www.mugglenet.com/books/futurebooks/book7/index.shtml
