What Made You Stop Smoking???

Even if I have never smoked, I know it can be very hard to stop this habit. You must be very motivated. If you have stopped smoking, what was the most important reason for you to quit??

I stopped before and I need to again . My grandmother just passed away from lung and throat cancer so this is a very important reason to quit as soon as I get up enough money I am buying more pills again to quit

I hope you find some cheaper way to quit. Would improve your healt, my friend. Do the pills cost more than cigs??

Yes Unfortantly. I payed over 30.00 for 2 packages of the pills to quit. i can quit a cartoon of ciggerettes foer uner 20.00.

That is good Question. I thing as you. I try thats but nonsuccesfull, I have not motivation on. If I thing about, I know, it is not healthly, but I like that. If I say ne stop, i mak me plus and minus for. It come me always, that i have not big motivation on.

I hope you will find something that motivates you soon. Would it help to see some pictures of people who have lung cancer or other sicknesses related to smoking. Just make a search and see the pictures.
