Ok I Have An Acer TravelMate 8204WLMi, by default it came with 1Gb Ram Intel Core Duo Processor @ 2.GHz (Dual Processor) ATI Mobility Radeon x1600 with %12 Hyper Memory (has 256 MB Dedicated) On Board, Came with Bluetooth 2.0+EDR Wireless and LAN 5-in 1 Card Reader, DVD dual Layer Rewriter. I Can Definetly Recommend It Only Down Side it has 100 GB Harddrive and only 2MB L2 Cash, But it can play all new Games with no Problem, even memory Hungry Battlefield 2 runs at High Res with everything on high. Cost me $3000, Last August so it might even have Better specs. But I have had No Problems with it. It's a Beast of a Laptop, Play DVD movies, I also Run 3D Studio Max 9 and Rendering isn't that bad either. Also it has 3 years warranty and Free Upgrades, so you Can Upgrade your memory or Harddrive. My only problem is it will probably come with windows Vista and opt out and go back to Windows XP for a few months till you Microsoft iron out all the kinks and it has better support

I at present have an ACER travelmate3002WTMi. It has 80GM HDD, 512MB RAM blue tooth dvd writer etc and operating on XP pro. Its beautiful. But unfortunately in US I have not seen good Acer models. I bought this 1 year back when I had been to India. One sad part is Acer service, its horrible. How is sony ? I have never tried a SONY lapy. Thanks for the response Cheers !!
