"Gambling" - LUCK or NO LUCK"

I just returned from a great trip with 4 of my gal-friends from Laughlin, NV. A great little gambling town about 90 Miles North of Las Vegas. We try to get together at least once a year and go up for 2 days. So we go, we have a wonderful time laughing and cutting up. Of the 5 of us 2 of the ladies were "Golden"- everything they touched turned in to money. ME however - I played right along side of them, did what they did, (Video Poker Slots) She won all weekend! which don't get me wrong I loved it that she won. But I was sooooooooooooooo unlucky and started to really wonder...
Do you believe that Gambling has a Karma?
Is it attitude?
Is it "Luck"
Is it skill? ( keeping in mind this was a Slot machine).
I do't have any better luck if I play the table games either. Black Jack etc. SO?
What do you think?

With my experience playing online poker I think it really is just luck. I have good luck one day and bad the next. I had has such good cards I just know I am going to win and someone beats me holding for example I have a full house with 3 jacks and 10 tens ...sure enough someone has 3 queens and two 10s . grrrr

I hear ya girl- I am sure if I had 4 aces someone would beat my hand! I jus thave never had luck. I have tried Bingo, Lotto, sweepstakes you name it. NOT a win ever! It just amazes me that you can't win Once in awhile? and what's even more stupid is why do I keep trying???? HELLO??? LOL

I don't think luck, as much as timing. You just have to be there when the time is for you to win. I guess you can call it luck. ++ rating again for your post sugar.

Luck, luck, luck and I don't have it. I never ever win. I too know people who win. You have to have that luck!

Gambling is luck just for the bankers. The more people play in gamble, the more luck the bankers have. To be clever, we can try not to gamble. Therefore, our luck will not pass to the bankers.
