I get these emails just about every second day! One has said they are looking for a new buissiness partner to put 18 billion dollars in their account, another saying they want to share their inheritance with me but i need to give them my bank details! I have tried sending them an email back saying F$$%%f! But the email bounced back. What makes me even more sad is that people do believe these scams and get robbed of their life savings :(

Oh, I get rubbish like this all the time. Ignore it & delete it.
Never, never give out your credit card number, no matter how genuine it seems.
Never even repky & request information.
In fact, if possible, don't even open silly emails like this, as it may contain a virus.

It's a classic Nigerian fraud scam -- have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance_fee_fraud for details.
These typically promise to net you millions of dollars, if you'll just pay some "fees" in advance to make it easier to transfer the money to you.
That or they'll encourage you to actually meet them in their home country, where if you actually show up, you'll be robbed of whatever money you bring along.
It's obviously fake, just someone trying to steal some of your cash.
