Definately breads. You can do so much with them and make the recipes more versitile. Switching ingredients isn't that hard in breads. Savory, sweet, nutty, spicy, or cheesy. It all works! LOL

bread no doubt! I love love love bread, especially if it is warm right out of the oven!
