cardio atleast 3 x's a week and eat small meals a day, about 6 of them. snack on things like nuts and veggies.

agreed..that is the healthiest way to go. skipping meals/working out too heavily can be detrimental on your body's health [mental as well as physical].

Sensible diet- low fat, lots of lean protein and vegetables, low carb (no white flour or sugars, no white bread, potatoes or rice). Good exercise program - walking or treadmill for 45 minutes/day.
