Do you meet people you talked to in chat?

Yes 2 or 3 person, after 6 years ago I meet on oy, now are my boyfriend..........sometomes the chat is dangerous..ehehehe :) lol

not really.i've met a few people in real life i'd met from forums,but not chat.they're usually doing the music expo thing.

I have met people in real life that I first chatted with online but I do not do it right away. I always take my time to get to know one another before meeting them in person and when I do I am very careful and make sure i meet in a public place because you never know what the other person may be like. I dated two of those people who I chatted online with and one of them is still a good friend of mine.

No, because most of the friends I have made are not from my country, so it would be geographically impossible to visit them or meet up with them. It would be nice one day but we all lead busy lives and to go travelling would take time and money unfortunately. I have met some friends in the past from chatting and it was great fun meeting them, never for romance tho, just friendship which is just as valuable.

i meet my hubby in a chat room.. at first we are enemys.. and then we became friends.. until he also joined on all my chatrooms.. until one day we discover we loved each other already.. :)

I used to chat alot and yes chat with anyone. Doesn't hurt to talk. The world is so large and the chatting is like phone calling and so cheap compared to the phone. I never expect to meet anyone that I have chatted with however now I have several people that I am on several sites with. We tend to go from one another site and there we are. So cool. Makes the world a bit smaller. Again nothing wrong with talking/chatting.

Meeting online friends or text mate are not my thing. I don't really like that kind of idea cause.. I know this is like a paranoia but some maybe some kinda of a manic or insane or mentally unstable. Even back in college and the time that texting become popular and lots of my friends like those idea and want to drag me into it.. I still dont.. I just dont mainly for security reason.

I don't have time to meet some of them, but I loved to meet some of them if given a chance. I just can seem to find someone whom is available right along my area, as there are also chatters from other parts of my country. I also chat to some of my common friends, and we usually get to see each other every weekends.

I used to chat a lot. I'm familiar with odigo, yahoo messanger, msn, icq. During a long time of chatting I met a lot of good people online. But I only met a few for real. Some of them were quiet strange and different, when I met them in person and one of them became my wife :-) I met my wife at gothicmatch.com. And after several years of chatting, emailing and phone calls, I visited her in America (I'm from Switzerland). Now we are married for more than a year and still very very happy. So I can recommend meeting people :-)
