does anyone aviod buyig dvds?

Does anyone try not to buy dvds and cds because they will eventually go out of fashion? For eg downloading? how many of you don't buy dvds or cds anymore because you download?

I don't even buy anything anymore, I just download, download, download... Really, unless the thing I want isn't available for downloading then I might buy the DVD or CD. But the way things are going these days, everybody's gonna download for free.

I do the same and because I wrk at a dvd store i also get to hire dvds for free so it works for me :)

i download, but if i love something to bits, i get the cd or dvd. plus you can get bonus's (more on dvd's) that you don't get when you download. that and the quality is a lot better.

i buy the dvd. i wonder why anyone would take the time to download. illegal aside,they're huge files.even on broadband it would take forever. i do worry they'll change the format again though. not for awhile again,hopefully.
