I don't know what is your upload problem directly. maybe your web hosting cannot avaliable with frontpage extension. i think web hosting with ftp transfer like http://275mb.com is a good choices. You only need ftp client aplication like ftpsurfer to upload your file. Happy create your own web and uploading your web! don't forget to publish your web to me. :)

where were web hosting did you host??? maybe your web hosting not support your script like for php. i have a web host at www.freewebpage.org it's free(n_n)

maybe your computer was error or their computer was error or maybe your connection was trouble, or maybe... you will contact to tecnical hosting at that site.
