How to hold yourself not bursting into angry

i tried everyday...sometimes,i failed,and i do not want felt regret ..\ then friends suggest me: counting the sheep in your mind to 10..

have you thought about trying an anger management course - these are designed to help people who fly off the handle too easily. you could probably find out about them from your local surgery.
