climbing your way to good health!

hello people!do you'll climb the stairs or take the easy way of going in the lift??climbing the stairs is really good for your health and can compensate for the calories you could have burned by vigourous exercising! stair climbing can be done almost anywhere and anytime!it is a low cost and readily accesible form of exercise that provides a series of health benifits if we do it everyday. it builds up body strength and cardiovascular endurance it enhances heart and lung function and improves blood circulation. it reduces the risk of developing coronaryu heart disease,hypertension,diabetes or colon cancer. it increases body resistance thus reduces the chance of contracting diseases and increases efficency at work.it strengthens the muscles too. so tell me how many of you'll take the stairs instead of the easy method lift!even i mostly take the lift!but now trying to avoid lift since i have put on a lot of calories lately!;)

Well sometimes I do climb the stairs if lift is busy and I don't have to climb too much.But most of the times I do use lift whereever available.It really is a good exercise.It is a good cardiovascular exercise.It do increases our efficiency and also strengthens our legs.I fully agree that it is a exercise which can be done any where without costly equipments.I think more and more people should use stairs instead of using lifts, whenever they are not in a hurry or too tired.
